After several years of effort including an extended period on site due to all sorts of 'fun & games' with local consultants, contractors, and the Miami Beach authorities, the second site for Chotto Matte opened in Miami Beach, Florida in late April.
The project took all the skill, patience and expertise the client team team could collectively muster, with the end result being incredibly well received by the local market in Miami. Apart from the signature Chotto food and drinks wowing customers, the interior architecture has the city buzzing, and is setting up the restaurant to be one of the iconic places to eat and drink on 'SoBe' (South Beach as the locals like to call it).
